Colours: der, die, das
Food businesses must provide information on the 14 regulated allergen groups for non-prepacked food too. It need not be printed in the menu: written or electronic information is possible. Oral information is also allowed if informed staff can provide it before purchase, written or electronic records are readily available on request, and a clearly visible notice explains this.
